For each mould, we have a project engineer who is the leader ffor the project to control the whole manufacturing process from design to shippment based on customer’s technical standard and request. And there is a deailed schedule for our team to check each manufacturing step, if there is any deviation, we can find it and adapt the manufacturing process accordingly soon. Every week, we send the actual schedule and photoes to customer for their reference. In this way, our customer also can manage the whole project effectively.

For each mould, we also have a whole integral progress which standard evry step of our work.
1: Collect customer’s data and specification
2: The whole team study the data and specification, find out the problems which may effect
The design,l manufacturing and part filling and then solve them.
3: Engineer designs the 2D and 3D
4: Send 2D and 3D to customer for confirmation
5: After get customer’s confirmation, we will begin the manufacturing
6: Project engineer will follow the wholemanufacturing process and send weekly schedule and photoes for customer’s reference.
7: Mould tests and send samples for customer check, at the same time, we will check the dimensions according to part drawing and send dimension report to customer
8: Customer’s inspection for samples and confirm the parts
9: According to Mold Shippment List, prepare every detail and arrange mold shippment
10: Confirm the mould running status after customer receive the moulds.
